This is a unique and collectible cast iron industrial machinery piece that can be converted from its original use in a textile factory to a table base. The top of the table base has a scalloped crown motif around the circumference of the top, and beautiful curved legs. The cast iron has some amazing age to it, with age-appropriate oxidation and some chipped industrial green paint remnants from an original painted finish. Equal parts chic and gritty, this piece of history looks great in any setting, and can easily complement any decor when done right. A piece of glass or other material can be dropped into the inset of the interior circle (19" diam.), or a larger top can be placed on top, overhanging the base. The table base is extremely sturdy and would accommodate just about any size or shape of top you desire.  The table base is in great antique condition with age-appropriate wear. The diameter of the top of the table is 24 inches wide. The table with the legs into account is about 40 inches wide in total. The inset inner circle is 19"in diameter. The table stands 27 inches high.
